What is your return and exchange policy?
Teamson has a 30-day policy for product returns after the date of purchase by the original owner. Please get in touch with the Global Customer Service team to begin the process. Our customer service team will work with you to determine a solution.

To ensure a smooth process, products must be returned and disassembled. Products returned in original packaging will not incur a restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee may apply to items returned without original packaging.
NOTE: Final sale items (as indicated on product description pages) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
I purchased from a retailer, but I have an issue, what should I do?
Teamson products purchased from a third-party retail partner are subject to that partner’s return and exchanges policies. If you received a defective item and it is outside the retail partner's return and/or exchange window, but you are still within the 30-day warranty period of original purchase, please reach out to the Global Customer Service team support@teamson.com. Select conditions may apply.
